Wendy Dravis knows that the keys to success are trust and communication. Clients and customers want to know that they can trust their agent to work on their behalf. They want to be informed. With over 15 years in sales and customer service, Wendy uses these qualities to help clients accomplish their real estate goals.
Wendy received her BS degree in Elementary Education from University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. After working short and long term substitute teaching positions, Wendy worked as an advertising sales rep until resigning to be a mom.
In 2008, she channeled her entrepreneurial spirit by starting a construction business with her husband. Over the course of a decade, Dravis Buildings grew from a "side gig" ran out of the family home to a well oiled operation that served Butler, Allegheny, Beaver, Washington, Westmoreland, Armstrong Counties and beyond. During this adventure, Wendy gained valuable and practical knowledge regarding construction methods, building codes and materials. Seeking a better work/life balance, they stepped away to focus on their full time jobs and family in 2021.
Wendy currently lives near Saxonburg where she loves the small town "Main Street" vibe. On any given day, you can find her chatting with friends and clients at Saxonburg Coffee and Tea or checking out the daily menu at Batch or Hotel Saxonburg. She enjoys all of the outdoor activities that Butler County has to offer including biking the Butler Freeport Trail, hiking the Rachel Carson and sailing at Moraine State Park.
Wendy is a client-focused realtor. Her primary goal is to ensure that every client receives top notch, expert service.
Contrary to media reports, home values in Pittsburgh are steady - far above the national average. In fact, locally our average sales price has increased over last year. If your are thinking of selling your home there is really no better time and no better place than Western Pennsylvania.
We would be happy to show you what your home is worth in today's market.
